How does corporate billing work?
We issue a single VAT invoice at the end of each month covering all trips taken by your team. Each line item shows date, route, passenger and an optional cost-centre or project code so finance can re-bill internally without extra reconciliation.
Can the same chauffeur be assigned to a specific executive?
Yes. For frequent travellers we assign a primary chauffeur who learns the executive's routine, route preferences and security expectations, plus a named backup so coverage never depends on a single driver.
Do your chauffeurs sign NDAs?
Every chauffeur on a corporate account signs an NDA and undergoes additional background screening. We routinely handle M&A processes, board meetings, diplomatic visits and confidential investor roadshows.
What is included in the executive transfer price?
Late-model Mercedes E-Class or V-Class, suited English-speaking chauffeur, fuel, full insurance, onboard Wi-Fi, bottled still and sparkling water, phone chargers, and meet-and-greet with a name sign at the airport. Tolls and parking are included; only waiting time beyond the agreed grace period is charged separately.
Can you handle a full-day roadshow with multiple stops?
Yes — our hourly chauffeur product is designed for this. One car and one driver stay with your team for the booked block (minimum 2 hours, all-inclusive of tolls and parking), with the itinerary briefed in advance. Add a second vehicle when teams split.
Do you cover inter-city and cross-border trips for business?
