GDPR DATA PROCESSING NOTICE

This short notice summarises the processing of personal data by PREMIUM TRANSFER LTD (operating under the Arrivo Transfers brand). Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Booking fulfilment, driver dispatch, payment, invoicing, customer support, legal and accounting compliance.

III. Legal bases

Performance of contract; legal obligation; legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention); consent (marketing only).

IV. Recipients

Authorised staff, the assigned driver or trusted commercial partner (subcontractor) — limited to the data needed to perform the trip — and processors: Stripe, Resend, Supabase, Cloudflare, Google Maps. No sale of data.

V. Retention

Booking and invoice records: 10 years. Marketing: until opt-out. Support: 24 months. Logs: up to 12 months.
